Coming to Singapore? (Geckt and Raph says "Hi!")

An Open Invitation to Shadow Era senior forum users and physical card players!

If any of you is coming to Singapore for a few days or maybe even a stopover for half a day, and you are interested to play some Shadow Era physical card games, please feel free to PM me or Geckt.

(I am a very nice person in real life despite what people might say! )

We can play meltdown format (USD $13.00 per player, 4 CotC boosters each) or you can bring your own physical card decks and play with Geckt and me. Or if you don't have any physical cards at all and don't wish to play Meltdown, Geckt and I will be happy to lend you our decks.

The only condition (LOL!) is that since Geckt and I are eager to make SE the next 'Big Thing' in CCG, we'll like to take some pics of all of us enjoying the Shadow Era Physical Cards game so that Kyle (The Developer a.k.a Da Boss) can post these pics at Shadow Era's Facebook page and that would help to promote SE globally.

Too bad I'm not traveling to Singapore any time soon. Don't know if I had paid for a plane ticket I would play SE over there but still . I would if I was there for a long time.

Nice initiative though. Perhaps Iclipse and I can do something like this for the Dutch part of Belgium in the future. And together with Busti for the French.

Kangozza arrived in singapore, we had lunch at Chinatown, toured that, also a chinese temple cum museum that housed buddha's tooth and other relics. With geckt, we Took a metro to Marina bay sands, had a walk to the singapore flyer: one of the major observation wheels much like the London eye. Drank some traditional 'bird's nest' cool drink, Had a ride up the Flyer; finished with a 6D over-rated motion ride in a mini-theater. Took another walk past the national day parade floating platform that seats 10k (?), toured the Esplanade theaters; singapore's Broadway. Walked into the city center via a extensive underground tunnel mall, past St Andrew's Cathedral, one of the oldest and most well preserved churches in Singapore, checked out the Minds's cafe, at Funan 'techie' mall where we will be doing the drafted meltdown se tourney on wed. Closed off the day with a light local fare dinner, nasi lemak and popiah.

Yesterday, Kang and I had some indian food, we ordered indian Rojak, mee goreng, roti chennai/prata and I had tea-cino (local 'tea' version of cappuccino) and Kang had 'milo dinosaur' - a cocoa + milk drink with extra cocoa powder poured on top generously. Then we went over to another cafe to have soya milk drinks: mine with gula Melaka while Kang had the better and healthier choice of 'neat' milk - no sugar. We played a couple of SE physical games. Kang is no longer a virgin! We left around 12 midnight.
