Raven, sandworm and wendeth (if she doesn't count, I'll put Brax)
I think the moral of the story is that Shadow has like 8 appealing five-drop allies, whereas Humans struggle to even find a third one that's much good.
Personally I wish that Humans could get one or two 5 cc allies with good comes-into-play effects. Shadow gets major utility from some of its 5 drops like Knight, Wraith, and Furrion. This is what makes these allies so strategically appealing: even if they ge killed the next turn, you have still gotten value out of them because of their enters-play abilities. Lance gets to sort of mimic this by hasting Raven and Jasmine, which is one of my favorite things about his play style. Layarian Seductress is a fantastic card, I just think Humans could use more useful enters-play abilities like that from their more expensive allies.
Think it will be Raven, Braxnorian Soldier and Paladin of Unaxio(once he gets his buff)

I think the reason shadow gets better 5ccs and human doesn't is to balance out the human start vs shadow start.
Now would you rather have a Sandwurm sitting around or a knight? Sure, you get an extra draw, but Sandwurm is a tank. Same with raven. She cripples and tanks damage like a boss.
Personally in most cases on an open field I'd rather a knight over a worm (Raven is clearly top here). First strike mechanic means SK holds the board pretty well. Worm is more annoying to get rid of but somewhat ignorable/won't mean nothing they play sticks.
Still I agree shadows fatties are not necessarily better + with Worm and Raven you don't need anything else besides the situationals that cover weak spots.
To answer th OP in order mine are probably Brax then Raven then Worm

I see no love for the Golden Dawn knight.
I use him quite effectively with Zhanna. Plus with 4/6 he has nice initial stats
Each faction has their own strength. Human got combat tricks but no high damage fatty.
If this thread was about shadow allies the overall opinion would be more diverse I think.
