      What you guys think???
      I think it's a waste of a card (COO) and should be able to do more for 2 SE.. or maybe lower the cost of it.
      The stealth really worth it???

      Cloak of Obscurity is supposed to be the least played card in the game... It definetly needs some kind of change.
