Everyone has friends dont they. They can all call their friends, so nothing is unfair.
It's just a question of what Wulven expects to get out of this challenge, and whether letting people calling for friends to help would interfere with that target or not.

I'm going to apply for this challenge and I was wondering if I may submit my application in an attachment in my email or does the application have to be in the text area only?

You can put it in an attachment if you need to.

I have decided to enter because i think this would be a perfect first job for me. I also hope others decide not to sell themselves as perfect putting only good things on their application everyone has their faults

Friendly advice: don't be too naive. Why would I want to shoot myself in the foot by listing my faults in my application. If there is only 1 job available, and there are 10 applicants, I will want to convince da boss that I am the one he wants over the rest of the 9. If the 9 lists all their good traits and how they can bring value to the company, and I enter the interview providing my good points and also slamming myself by listing my bad points, the boss will not praise me for my honesty; he'll think I am stupid.

And things like, "my only fault is I am too hardworking" is pretty passé.
