Enchanted Forest did not work on Arcane Burst

Hi everyone, I am a new player in this great game !

The last game I played, my enemy used Arcane Burst. I had 2 Enchanted Forest on the field, but none of them were activated... T.T
Any idea why ... ? Is this already happens to someone ?

Second thing : The same game, I was going to crush him... suddenly the menu screen goes down aaaaand ... DRAW ! Wtf ?! I did not had any message of bad sync or something, just .. Draw.

This game was really really strange ... Unfortunately I did not remember my opponent's name.

I confirm, I just had Enchanted Forest on the field, the oponent plays Arcane Burst . My trap did not activate and the game ends just after with sync error and draw !

This is a recurrent bug !
