AA1 presents Summer insanity, Extreme Rules weekly pop-up #2 Sunday night June 9 23:59 GMT + 0
Hi AA1 is running a weekly pop-up this summer (unless you are in the southern hemisphere).
Each week we will have a different special rule.
GL HF
Standard rules
1) Bo3 Random player goes first game 1 and game 3 (if needed). Whoever went first game 1 goes second game 2.
2) Deck lock
3) Millstalker is banned do to time constraints. (Other stall type decks are not banned but I will request you do not build any decks that will likely produce long matches I do need sleep)
4) Disconnects are considered a loss unless both parties agree to replay
5) Sync errors and draws get replayed unless a player concedes. The same player does not need to go first unless of course it happens game 2.
6) We will be meeting in #tournament 9 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
7) Standard prizes sponsored by wulven thank you Wulven Studios and Nahar (1000 first place 500 second place for 16 players prizes halved for 8 players)
This week's special rule: Multi Hero *(If you only have one deck you can still participate see below)
You get to use 2 decks they are both deck lock.
The way each round works is as follows. Flip or decide amongst yourselves to determine players one and two.
Game 1 player 1 has the option to declare which deck he/she is using. If he/she declares he/she goes first if he/she chooses not to declare than it is random start. (Both hero chooses for both players are to be revealed before player one makes this decision).
Game 2 player 2 is presented with the same option. Thus both players can use either hero game 2 regardless of what they used game one
Game 3 neither side reveals their hero and it is random start and again both player can use either hero.
Note: As there is a guaranteed FTA option you may want to consider taking that into account when selecting your decks. You also might want to choose a hero that will make them think twice about using classic boring Elad rush deck. Even if you never play this hero them knowing you have the option could be important so even if you only have one deck bluff your second hero carefully.
