    iPad app frequently loses connection

    Happens during a match
    I will get the no connection message, and it will countdown.
    I have an internet connection. So I am not sure what is up.

    Other the match will just suddenly end and I am "credited" with a defeat.

    Great game. Hoping it can be more stable.

    Yeah, got this also several times. But soon the new network server (project Jasmine) will hit and then it gets better hopefully.

    Dear Admin,
    I am having this problem too currently and i have been unable to solve it.
    I play on the ipad with wireless connection on dhpc. My wireless speed is consistently 75.0mbps.
    I get the message error when connecting server every 2-5mins.
    I just need to open safari and confirm my connection is working as it can load pages without fail.
    To solve the problem i cn disconnect and reconnect or renew my connection lease ( even though my connection is fine ) and continue my games but the error message will pop up again within 2-5mins.

    I have had this since the latest update and been unable to solve the problem.
    Can someone from the admin team advise?

    Hi
    the Same Think Happens if you Switch the Hotspot.
    You lose the Connection to the Server And can Not reconnect.
    Game Freeze And you get a defeat.

    I have this same issue across all of my apple devices. iPad or iPhone, both devices will lose connection from time to time and end up in a defeat for me. Even if I disconnect and reconnect to wifi(if on the ipad), the game does not pick it up. I play on cellular data on my iPhone. The game will also freeze if i have to switch in and out of the app in the middle of a game. That happens maybe 20% of the time.

    In my case I see opponents to be disconnected. But for me the game crashes when I finish each and every game. I don't even reach to see the result screen.
    Any way to solve it? I cannot play!
    This started with the latest iOS update. Which solved the black screen problem I had before...
