And I agree, no way to heal my hero.
I have had this probiem too although it's not that bad. I manage to get at least one of them up to turn 3. But yes as I pointed out in the original post if you get up to 5 resources you are going to survive otherwise death.

This setup is pretty, arnd 50/50 chance of winning. Unfortunately, I find Allyless Nisshaven is heavily reliant on having big resources. Small resources is no good for this setup.

I have problems dealing with HBMs and Sandras. It gets worse when dealing with Jericho. He keeps healing from status effects and worse, I have played against Jericho playing Sandra+Plaque combo, making me stuck with virtually no resources to even play fireball while that guy has piled 1 or 2 allies to pawn me.

Please, add a 'heal' card or 'item destruction' or 'resource destruction' for mages, and he will be invincible :P

    Again, nice work and setup
Thanks ! I really like this deck and had a lot of fun building it.
However 50/50 change is a little harsh.

That said you point out the three worst enemies for this deck.

I think the worst is a Majiya which is the same + HBM - research. I just had a fight against her and she totally ran me over.

Second is Jericho, however not a lot of people play him which is good. I played him once and I got decked, I just couldn't put out enough damage to him.

Last although most common is the human rush ally deck. I have been able to survive and win against a blake, aldor, sandra, sandra. But it's really hard.

    But nothing is perfect right?

Lol... Just barely won a match. I had 30 cards and did not see a Bazaar till I was at 15 cards. Their randomizing program sucks.

If you got it before 15 cards every time, it wouldn't be random, would it?

Oo, sorry about being harsh thing, quite nice wins actually. I take back the 50/50 remark.

I'm almost switching to majiya for sure. It's a better draw although the board wipe is pretty epic.

    Nishaven Deck

    Hi guys,

also playing a Nishaven no-ally deck. This post gave me some interesting aspects for improving my deck. But I also have some variations and would be glad to hear your opinions:

    -using "Snow Sapphire" as amor
-using a "Wrath of Summer" AND a "Voice of Winter" (2 of them when I can afford them in the near future)
-using a "Bad Santa" but only 2 "Research" and 2 "Bazaar"
-using 2 "Engulfing Flames" and 2 "Poison Gas" instead of 3 each
    -using 3 "Arcane Burst"
-using only 1 "Supernova" as an alternative, because of Nishaven's ability
    -using a second "Retreat"

    Update:
-not using Research anymore (formerly 3 or 4)
-increase number of Bazaar from 2 to 3
-increase number of Snow Sapphire from 1 to 2
-increase number of Voice of Winter from 1 to 2
-decrease number of Arcane Burst from 3 to 2
    -total card amount now 31

I am really looking forward to a response and an honest rating :-)

    Greetings, Syagrius
