I was skeptical at first, but SBO spam is very viable for GB IMO. (for the other Mages, not so much) Even against Maj or Boris (which sounds very counter intuitive).

The ping damage really adds up when combined with your other burn and a couple of swings from Karash or Gargoyle. With Lightning Strike and Nova, you don't really need to worry about the board while piling the damage on.

Plus, SBO gives you some really homerun plays when going first. 5/4 on an emply board on T4? Yes please.

alright everyone the DT wont be making any changes to SBO the are comfortable with his power level,
and yes sbo is awesome i do know how to SBO chain i just hate helping my opponent as well
