I think you need more aeons

Focus on what you want your deck to do in the first few plays:
Blake, Blood Frenzy, Sandra, Aldon

Those are some of the best cards in the game. You need to remove randomness - stick to a 30 card deck. Any cards that you add that are not those cards, makes it harder to get the cards you need.

Ok, get rid of the shield bash. Chances are you probably won't draw it. 3 war banner is too much. You only need 1 or 2. Get another Blake, scrap puwen as Blake is much better. Get another Aeon, drop 2 Jasmine, and you're set. Or maybe get rid of 1 Erika.

Eev why you prefer special delivery over the warrior damage ability that does same amount of damage for 1 less resource?

Nope, you were right, Shield Bash is a much better card. Special Delivery is far too expensive to be a good card, and most direct damage is best done to creatures so that you can control the board anyway.

Not to say that Shield Bash is a great card anyway - Warrior has so many better cards to play it's hard to fit it in. Valiant Defender occupies a similar board control slot to Bash; it's one of the best cards in the game for getting board control back, for keeping board control, or for causing a lock situation with Aeon.
