    The reason i started workouts

    So...
    Recently i started workouts and, damn, so awesomely tiring!
    i lost a lot of weight in the past 2 years so i thought that it was a good idea to make up some muscle mass

    BTW, those exercises are pretty useless without a description of what muscles are involved, etc. (I know it's an exaggeration, but still my point stands)!

    Knew some of those, but most those are just... weird!

    Gotta try the Bodyweight Triceps Extension though!
