    Did offer w/ purchase, no crystals?

    I recently completed an offer worth 850 crystals from "freecreditconnect.com" and received nothing.

    It has been several days now and the in-app message I sent to support is being ignored.

    Anyone know how I can get help here? I spent money on this offer to sign up

    You can email support@shadowera.com but they'll probably tell you they can't do anything about it with a smiley face. Same thing happened to my girlfriends cousin

    The issue rests with the third-party provider not delivering the transaction to Wulven properly (and as such we don't have any records for our support team to look at). You'll have to contact their support, which usually sees the issue resolved.

    Ok. That's bs. It's in your game. I contacted them and they have neither responded, or done anything about it.

    You guys either need to re-evaluate your partnership, or start taking action. The third-party is not the one suffering here; it's Wulven.

    Take some accountability for something that is a part of the game you designed.

    If I am selling parts out of my warehouse, I don't blame the supplier when my customer complains, I fix it myself because I messed up and let it happen.

    Why do I have to email if you're already aware of my problem?

    Quality is defined by the customer's expectations, and let me say, you are not meeting my expectations.

    I will judge any future purchases based on how this issue is resolved.

    Well, Seth isn't a support staff member. He was trying to help you out and save you some time too. Also, the support staff don't generally look on the forums and the best way to let them know of your issue (so you can get the help you are requesting) is to send an email to them.

    These forums are good for seeing if your problem can be helped outside of asking support. When it comes for billing and account problems, no one on the forums can really help you and it would be best to contact support. However, sometime technical issues can have user based solutions and that is what this forum section is good for.

    ^ this is why shadow era was a mistake. Myself and all my friends playing this game have the exact problems.


    Play magic. Don't give another cent to this company until they figure their stuff out.

    Is ANYONE happy with their service?
