payed for 1300 SC got none!

I payed 10 $ for SC on my samsung galaxy S3... got nothing... few seconds later bought 200SC got it right away then bought a sleave and crashed right away... I sent support@shadowera.com 2 emails with order number and still no reply but i bought it a few days ago.... even if they couldn't get me sc I would still like a mail saying they are looking into it... or something... very frustrating but I understand with all the bugs happening. Plz help v.2.0002 good job thnx! No more screen glitches.. but plz look into purchases
