Mulligans would be awesome, and should be implemented just like in MTG. If you mulligan, you draw one less card. One mulligan at the start, and that's all you get. I can't tell you how many times my first draw had all 4+cc cards. I honestly don't see how anyone could disagree with this.

To the person that disagreed, Duel Masters (the only tcg I can think of that was "any card as a resource") Allowed mulligans in traditional and tournament play, so it's not gonna break Shadow Era to implement this feature.

If done right (-1 card penalty) it could be useful feature because sometimes (very rarely) you get screwed up hand. I mean screwed up, not a bit less than perfect.

But if it's not possible to implement this feature then why speculate?

The rules are locked because while it's easy to modify the digital game, it's much more difficult (and expensive) to change the physical game. However, nothing needs reprinted, no new cards or anything that costs any money needs to be done. Just say "Hey Guys, Mulligans in Physical CG are allowed".

    Mulligan option is totally doable.

Because that's what forums are for.

Wulven policy is that they don't reprint or correct anything. Short version of rules are in every starter.

Again, it's not even a correction, it's a clarification. They never said no mulligans, so there's nothing to correct. Most TCG players allow mulligans in casual games, and even a few tourneys allow them, if it's not already an established rule.

If rules mention no mulligan, there is no mulligan and you can make up anything to play for fun, that's an advantage of physical format.

And I prefer to MULLIGAN way like WoWTCG, which is first player decides mullign first, and each player could mulligan only once with the same card number draws.

So, how about implementing a feature in the digital game where you can ask your opponent if you can do a mulligan? Only if he/she agrees, you get a mulligan, with the usual restrictions (e.g., a card less).

People in the physical game can already decide to allow this, so if anything it brings more coherence between the digital and physical game. And, some people would probably agree that it is better to allow a mulligan than to have your opponent quit in the first 4 turns.

Of course, you have to accept that your opponent can and may say no.
