    After 3 emails still no SC or emails from support!

    Ive just purchased sc to buy dp boosters fine!

    but im still waiting for 100 sc that vanished as if by magic from the sc i bought previously.

    on the first booster i bought i was charged 200 sc

    surely someone has read all my emails. more than 2 months have passed!

    That's unusual. Who did you email? support@shadowera.com would be the correct place. If you feel its been lost, please feel free to resend the request. Especially if its been that long.

    i've emailled support 3 times if i remember correctly..plus once in game to kyle...no word.

    i've had no problems with the sc i bought yesterday.

    so i'm feeling a bit bummed to be honest!

    Well it was only 100 Shadow Crystals right? If you'd like, I could ask support to transfer 100 to you from my own account (I have 4500 and a full set minus legendaries, I'm fine with giving away 100). PM me your IGN and I'll send the request in.

    Its up to you, you can still try support again if you wish. Not sure what else you can do specifically, I find it odd they haven't even responded to you (as they respond to me fairly quickly). Are you using the same email address as your account to email them? Have you checked your spam folder? Just a couple of possibilities I should probably rule out.

    I had an issue with purchasing crystals and emailed support with a receipt from the transaction and they put the Sc's in my account. So it will happen. It took a day or two for me. Hope this offers some solace.
