This is my Leviathan from the game with real player. Sure, that player was newbie with 50+ deck, but usually Levi is casted togeter with Elementalis casting + Shadow font cards and we have the similar picture PB's are really bad choise for this deck

My opinion on Io Void Leviathan is that he's just another overkill card.
Plasma Behemoth can at least deal 7 damage or handle 2 allies,
in a single turn which makes him versatile while Io Void Leviathan
can only attack target hero or ally.

Mind Control targeting Io Void Leviathan would also deal more
damage to you than a Mind Control on Plasma Behemoth.
(My Plasma Behemoth got mind controlled often and I think
3 damage is a fair trade for an ally that would have dealt
    7 damage next turn.)

Maybe I'm wrong but I basically try to avoid overkill cards
in my decks. This way your gameplan stays focussed and
efficient. I want to win the game and nothing more.

Alas that 16/16 was stopped for 8 strait turns by a single Jasmine.
    Seriously though,
For me allies in Elementalis decks need to do more than be big. Ele can make any ally bigger so it being slightly bigger is not much more value. As Sinister Kid said versatility is far more important (come into play effect even more so FT + beefy allies it very interesting). The other huge advantage to PB over IVL is it comes into play with 5 life whether or not you cast your ability. This means you can play it without risking giving extra value to Retreat or MC or other cards of the sort.

I have tried both IVL and PB. Anyway both of them are primary targets for advanced players. The main disadvantage of PB is the cost of spell. Casting the PB ability you are spending 3 resources and slowered a little if there are no 1cc/2cc cards to cast.
Anyway, this deck is the best one. With little modifications (I dont like to play with Acolytes) I have got a good results and a lot of fun

You will soon figure out that Acolytes are one of the strongest cards in this deck, and they are what makes this deck more or less competetive.

Disabling Protector,Ambush,Stealth,Defender and other passives...not to mention Raven !!!!! <<----Worst card against this deck

...is the only way to keep up with most of the current pvp decks.
