Why are there banned Hero's and Allies? If they need to banned I'm sure Wulven wouldn't have them in the game, since they design sets so cards don't need banning. I'm just curious. I hate moon stalker but with the cool allies they got in the set I was thinking of using him more. I'm not 100% sure if I want to play now if there are banned cards, what if I play someone with them? How can it be enforced?

That is where your opponent will have to make a report to me.

Legendary Allies are banned because not everyone will have access to them as they are only available via ripping of boosters. This creates an uneven ground in terms of gameplay.

Millstalker is banned because most of the time, it creates a NPE (Negative Play Experience). Although DP offers a range of solutions against Millstalker now, but I would very much prefer an allied-Moonstalker been played because firstly, its more fun to play Moonstalker with Allies (and the deck is very strong too in DP) and it also more fun (as compared to playing against a Millstalker) for the opponent.
