Yes, that actually is the woman that does GLaDoS. They say they altered it enough to where it's not exactly the same, but I don't hear it. However, no suit from Valve yet, so I guess it's cool.

I believe that only appears in the trailers and that they've removed it now. We'll see when it gets released.
