    Wulven with a lack of support and bad service

    I've been playing this super suck card game for long time, each time I got an issue with hacker, sync error, etc never get support from Game support.

    I can't see the point why should this idiot game have support team, they don't even do their job !
    there also many issue from the game since before COTC beta launch that never been fixed.

    No doubt why less ppl are playing this game (you can feel less ppl by waiting longer in Quick Game)

    idiot fucking game ever !

    I have no issues getting a qm less than three seconds after I hit the button, and the support team has yet to let me down.

    Well, the slower QM times could be your time of day or everyone just playing on the test server eagerly awaiting the day DP hits live...

    Just out of curiosity, how many other people are having this problem? I for one never have any issues with the support team's responses but lately I've been hearing people having trouble reaching them. So what's up? Are you guys actually having trouble?

    I have no issues with the support team on shadow crystals transfer. In fact they get down to the transfer within a day, which is very fast as compare to before.

    I think the other type of requests (hacker, sync error) are a bit more complex to deal with so they may not reply as fast.

    People feel like they're entitled to an immediate fix. They don't realize what kind of work goes into fixing such a diverse range of problems you might encounter in this game. When they don't receive that instant fix, posts like this are made.

    Hmm, weird. Support ALWAYS replies to my emails (even if it's about hackers/cheaters), usually within 2-3 days.

    I reported a suspected hacker. Said person no longer appears.

    Support obviously do their job.

    See this is what I was expecting, but I didn't really want to say that in case there really was an issue with support.

    Well thank you guys for your answers, at least that's one more problem off my mind.

    Although I will say that it does annoy me a tad bit that some of the older problems of the game still persist (as the OP claims), however they are (for the most part) minor gripes anyways and there are much bigger things to tackle. I would still like to see these problems (like older bugs) fixed in the future though, when the time is there.
