    The Wii U does sound like a good bet because of the touch screen, however I will say that xbox and such won't really be possible as updates on those systems apparently cost a large sum of money every time.
    I think updates on Nintendo's eShop is free for the first one and cheaper for the others or maybe free, Im not sure.
