If something is removed from the game, does this count as 'destroyed'

Snare Trap and its victim are removed from the game. By this, I believe they are meant to go to an inaccessible stack, where they are unavailable for revival by any means, whatsoever, until the next game.

Should the victims be counted by, for example, Pride of the Mountain? Should the Snare Traps count for the purposes of Survivalist? That would cause two cards to be drawn, if it were so. What is supposed to happen?

Snare Trap removes itself from the game before it can be destroyed so no card from Survivalist.

Pride of the Mountain triggers off allies being killed. Removed from the game is not the same as being killed. Killed is when health drops to 0 via damage or health reduction.

    Hope that helps.
