    Good Lord, Heaven Forbid...
    A1 1ndeed - The Black Lotus of A1 - A1: Evolution in Theory

And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know.
    In a coat of gold, or a coat of red, a lion still has claws;
And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.

I think that saying GLHF is horrible and you should all be ashamed of yourselves for terrible sportsmanship.

    A) someone might get offended by GLHF

    B) you must take others feelings into consideration to be sportsmanlike

    C) therefore if you say GLHF it is unsportsmanlike

Plus, when someone says GLHF, in their head they are really thinking:
"you will need luck to have any chance of having fun in this match"
    Or
"ain't no way this dude can beat me without the luck of someone who knows how to have fun... A-hole"
    Or
"fun? Good luck with that D-bag"
    Or
"have fun when you suck a bag of good lucks"

I typically like my matches to be completely silent so I can think, but gl hf forces me to:
    1) read something
    2) figure out what the hell gl hf stands for
    3) waste MY time and respond

The problem is you guys never take the time to spell it out. You have to type out "Good luck and have fun" to ensure that they know you know they need luck to win and that it should be fun rather they like it or not.

It is also better if you add a term of endearment after such as "GL HF mate" or "glhf bro"

Well, you know, at some point, we had Three Confirmed Girls. I bet they'd be offended to be called "bro". You should think of them too.

I heard it is good word like a greeting at the time starting game, in my region(most ppl are not good at english)
But if it can be received as offensive, I have to tell it there.
    SamuelJ's example sounds good
