Try - 2 bloodlust + 2 shrieks
- 1 bad Santa +1 AoA.
That might help. I'm testing a new variant now.

Sounds like a fun deck to play with, just one question, why don't you add another Santa or two? one hardly seems worth it...Ill be sure to give it a try!
4-of: Want two copies in every opening hand or you pretty much have to have one. You want these in your hand, or in play, or on the top of your deck all the time.
3-of: Want one per game and two is ok. Basically, stuff like Brutalis in most decks falls into this category. Who wants a 1/4 on turn 8? However, on turn two? Not nearly as bad
2-of: Want one per game, Getting it will either win you the game or get you damn close.
1-of: Reserved for combo pieces (not really existent in SE yet), situational stuff (like bad santa), and game winners. You might think you want 4 of the card you rely on to win in the deck, but who wants to draw all 4, or even 2, of a card you only need one of to win? You're basically squandering slots if you do.
I'm paraphrasing here, but I'm pretty sure it was Zvi Mowshowitz who said it originally. Zvi is probably the best deckbuilder in the history of Magic: The Gathering. His decks have broken more cards, gotten more cards banned, and won more pro tours than I don't even know what. While SE and M:TG are different, they have many overlapping areas. Rationale behind number of copies of cards in your deck is one of those areas. The only difference really is that there is no Sideboard in SE, and there are fewer cards, and hence, fewer good cards, so more cards get bumped up to that 4-of category by default, like Brutalis.
Now, for why Bad Santa, in particular, is situational. Bad Santa costs 2, and nets you 3 cards. Great, right? Yeah, except for the fact that he also gives your opponent three cards, up to their max hand size. Now, that basically narrows it down to two situations in which Bad Santa is a good card to play
1. You have nothing in hand, and you need stuff badly enough that you are willing to give your opponent three cards to get three cards at your expense. And this is a TERRIBLE situation to be in. Unless you're really lucky and they're really unlucky, you're probably still going to lose here
OR, more preferably
2. It's early game, you spent a bunch of cards already, and your opponent's hand is full, or one card, maybe two, short of full. This basically gives you the ideal deck type and scenario for Bad Santa being played: In fast decks with 1-drops going first. This is because, if you have a 1 drop, you sac something, and play the 1 drop (down 2 cards). Then they go. They draw a card, and sac something, netting 0 cards in hand to your -2. Now you go again, draw for the turn, sac for a resource (down 2), and play bad santa. You draw your three cards, refilling your hand, and they draw 1, because they only have room for one more. That's the only time it's good to play. If you're playing it late game to the same effect, it's a good play, but it's not good that you're in that situation, because ideally, you're making them spend cards getting rid of your crap, not letting them keep stuff in hand

It's all about card advantage and there are two other ways to use it.
In a rush deck late, you have lots of resources. Drawing three and giving them three when you can cast 2 cards is ok. Especially if you have relative board control.
It's also good when they have 4 or more cards in hand. (3 if they have bazaar or frenzy)
What you're doing is 3 for 3 but they miss a draw. Giving you 3 cards plus a draw and giving them essentially 2 cards plus their draw. If they have 5 6 or 7 cards, you're really winning out.
-edit-
For 1.26
-1 mind control
-2 bloodlust
+3 belladonna
Belladonna is a test subject. Likely to be replaced. Lust and MC are removed due to the MC change. Anyone following my Conversion deck also knows the MC change ruined that deck too. Fun times.
