So I managed to get my hands on some cool looking beads that are used for TCGs like MTG. I actually bought a LOT. So if anyone of you is attending the Gen con in Indianapolis (http://gencon.com) this year, you pick some up from me. (I hope to go, but AirAsia terminated the low-cost flight to london, throwing a wrench into my plans....so fingers crossed...)
The tip is always let your opponent put the shadow energy bead for you at the END of his turn. Otherwise, it's too easy to forget to add the shadow energy for yourself on your own turn. It also acts as an indicator that your opponent has finished his turn.
Even with 10 beads, the card description can still be seen. See below:
I also found some cool looking plastic 'crystals' but as you can see, they are too big:
WYSIWYG:
Elritch gems comes in nicer colors and slightly bigger size (hence slightly better):
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trks...at=0&_from=R40
They are $2.50, I am selling mine at just USD $1 (yes, with the box!) . (If I am going to Gencon)
And I guarantee that there are 25 pieces inside. 12 Blue, 12 Lavender (+1 either color) (Elritch has 22 - 25 of 1 SINGLE color)
It's better to have 2 colors: so that each player knows whose shadow energy belongs to whom and there is no confusion in the event of table bumps/minor earthquakes.
Of course, that is if I am going to Gencon at all.
(For all the players in the Singapore group, just get them from me Free-of-charge. Buy your own box/container though. )

The next meet up date should be fun. I can show you guys my 30 sided dices and let u guys see why it's not a great device to count life. (Apps are still first choice)
Geckt and I should be getting some stuff from atomzed and vice versa. Geckt or I should be ordering some dice from
http://www.thediceshoponline.com
But I suppose atomzed can buy them from UK game shops?
If you need anything from the dice shop online, let us know.
(PS: I am still damm sore that AirAsia cancelled KL-London flights...)
I miss Berdugo, haven't seen him since the very first meetup.
