Preference: Going First or Second?

Heard discussion on it in CCGs for some time.
Which do you prefer and why?
Me, I never really care much either way but that may be due to having a less competitive nature.

I prefer playing in second, more cards, and first adversary action can give some informations about his tactic ^^
Well, this is when i m priest... when i m mage, I prefer play in first because i have a rush deck

Both have its advantages. Some decks are built for going second while some maximize on first turn advantage. In tourneys, I prefer going first because draw can easily easily be compensated. Because having to fight back for the board is hard to do

It depends on the deck, but most of the time going first is a huge advantage when fightinig for the board control.
