    I payed for shadow crystals two days ago, money were actually taken from my bank and still no crystals on my account. The fact that wulven haven't responded to this issue yet boggles my mind

    When I emailed Support when I had this issue, they responded that there is nothing they can do and that I should contact Apple. (My purchase was from Iphone).

    I talked to customer service at Apple and got a refund in 10 minutes. Dont wait on Support guys, get your money by either talking to the manufacturer of your device, or your credit card company.

    Emailed two days ago, still no reply from wulven... I'll probably try the phone manufacturer thing tomorrow.
