I was wondering what results you had with him on test server. It helps to state what heroes you've been playing against as well. I haven't had much success with him so far. I'm playing against many Zaladar, many human warrior, some priest with some rogue sprinkled for good measure. Probably not the best meta to be a hunter. Dunno.
Victor was the first hero I've played in this game, so naturally when expansion hit the test server, I've tried him first again. And he is very, very bad.
I've tried several builds, but no matter what I try, they just don't deliver. Although the new traps theoretically give you solution for every situation and survivalist looks like a great additional draw engine, in practice they are horribly unreliable and to make matters worse, now the pseudo-draw from the hero ability is unreliable as well.
I've played against several other Victor decks on the test server and had no problems beating them, as long as you remember to keep severed ties in your hand. So far, I haven't seen a really strong Victor deck, but I haven't played much lately either.
He's even so bad that busti wins pop ups with him and has 80% winrate with him.

I played a lot of Victor the first days and I still play some. I used a trap-heavy Victor and I had quite a success and fun with it. I only used it in some customs and QM with around 75% win ratio. Still Vic is a bit more difficult than most heroes.

Haha, ill post my deck when i got to a computer. It's not tuned yet and very bad against warriors, but maybe it will serve as a good basis
