Meltdown rulebook

Official rulebook doesn't cover any aspect of meltdown games. Maybe there're no official rules about it, but it would be nice to dedicate a couple of pages to this game mode, just to highlight differences between meltdown and normal games. This way people that have no meltdown experience, from digital version or other TCGs, could be helped to try it for fun with physical cards.
