Sadly ratings don't really mean much, especially now.
But hey, write some applications to guilds and try that way. I doubt guilds will pick you up if you don't start the conversation.

hope that is enough info to get noticed ^^
At least you got the "big" allies right, others can still be tweaked. Decks must always be near to the minimum cards 40-42 to maintain its consistency of drawing specific cards you need to win your game.
