Hey I like it. Lightning Laceration is the perfect title too. It's like a production mill. Lightning Hunter has never been so well utilised. Well thought out and fun to play ... Thanks from a fellow Aussie

Trying a few variations using the same synergy. There's some good tech options for this style of build.

I like this variation, but why so much smiths? Almost seems like you are preparing to kill a Ter deck. Would not 1 smith with 4 Sabres and teeth be ok? Also keep me from losing my weapon because they have been holding their ley line nexus to kill the crescendo they will think I have in my deck.

The deck can't win without weapons, which makes it very vulnerable, so Master Smith is important to outnumber their item destruction with weapons.

It also adds value against attachment heavy opponents like Wulven, Warriors, and to a lessor degree Hunters and Priests.

You still need to resource cards, so being able to hold 1 master smith in hand is as good as 1 What Big Teeth and 1 Spectral Sabre. It lets you sac weapon duplicates so long as you have drawn one of each weapon/armour you really need.
