At 60K We'll get 10 exclusive digital foils of common cards. I think the complete playset nets those x4, don't know how many for the other sets.

I don't know which bonus level would get us 4x of all digital foils, but it hasn't been revealed, yet. Just keep plugging away, buying pre-orders, and we'll find out eventually!

I know it's hard to tell but do you know the release date?

I will be changing my address in July and I don't know where I want it to be sent yet. Maybe people who are changing their address should not make pre-orders at all?

You'll be informed when the orders start being sent out. If that's close to a date you're moving then you can cancel or change the address. Or just send to another address from the outset (I send to my work address).

Try mail-forwarding services at the post offices. That's what I do when I have changed address to ensure that my future mail gets forwarded to the new address.
