I agree with Spacecake that if it's going to be 32-men, people who didn't play Swiss stage should have priority; signup order should count only for people who joined first stage. That may cost me the spot but since I already had one chance to fail it's fair :P

The rules are set.
There's no restrictions, as it was the intention all allong.
I also said that if we had enough signups, i would extend the number of participants.
