No DP cards in AI or Custom Game (World) on Test Server?

I'm late to the party. Finally on the Test Server using a PC with modern graphics. I have just built my first new deck.

I'm surprised that I cannot test a deck vs. the AI where we both use Dark Prophecies cards. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm using 1.7190 under Firefox on Win7.

Also, could someone please give me a link to the current bugs fixed and current bugs open lists? Not on JIRA, just the summaries so I won't be spamming known bugs, but can report anomalies or things that were thought fixed, but aren't

updated list as at the top of the bug thread. also i'm pretty sure its intended for AI not using new cards until bugs are worked out.
