If you want a rush deck, you want cards that will allow you to close the game by turn 6 and you want your whole starting hand to be relevent in the first 4 turns. Aeon, EP and Snow Sapphire don't do that. And you need tons of draw which you don't have. And you want 39 cards.

Pure CotC Eladwen Rush:

4x Kris, Puwen, PotL, Aldon, TO
4x Fireball, Lightning Strike, Supernova, Bad Santa
3x Tome of Knowledge

If you're not comfortable with this, you can witch some cards for 2 or 3 LLNs or Sandworms but you're only making yourself slower (and worse IMO).

@OP Seems a little spread out. Pretty much regardless of what deck your playing, 4 Aeon + 4 EP is overkill. For a rush mage deck you probably don't need them at all. The armor is also relatively unneeded.

I would get some more draw cards. 2 ToK + 2 TO really isn't enough, especially with a lot of low cost cards. Being a rush deck, consider just replacing ToK with 4 BS.

This deck is not a rush deck. On the contrary, with Snow Sapphire, Earthen Protector and Aeon, games can get pretty long with this deck.
