    Well, you see, the problem is, I could very easily buy a complete set, and then say that I did not receive certain cards so that I could obtain doubles of some cards, so support has to approach the situation with a little bit of skepticism.

    miloboy, we all know you've got a problem with support, and you've already aired your grievances in a few threads. You're exacerbating the problem, not helping.

    well, you see, they could very easily send me a pile of horse poo in a box, and pretend that it's a complete set so that they could get my money for some horse poo.. following your logic.
    but the thing is- it is not a good business practice.

    Support wont answer me either. In my complete set, I was missing all 1*0 and 1*9 cards and got extra horse poo. Let's just bypass support and just trade strait up horse poo for all your extra cards.

    In this case we're waiting for Alliance to tell us they received a return, or you can email sales@wulven.com with your original order details and the tracking number of the return shipment and we'll look into it further. But we are waiting for either of those two things to happen, we don't proactively ask alliance every day if they got a product returned, nor do we know of your tracking number to check the shipment.

    As for horse poo, the shipping weight is different than the cards so we'll know there was a problem. Sure you can try to switch it out with sand of the same weight, but then a giant boulder will roll down and chase you...
