Bluejet24 (Banebow) vs Magjina (Lance)

Magjina played Outwitted... on my turn, I was unable to attack Lance with Soul Seeker

Seems like Outwitted prevents hero's weapons of 5cc or higher.... that should be a bug

I have experienced the same thing with Logan, although I think I may have even been using Jeweler's dream.
