2 questions about Rothem's Visage

I saw this armor in action on test server and 2 things happened which made me doubtful about its text:
- if you cast an ally and then use its ability is that ally supposed to have haste or not? It couldn't attack but maybe it's just a bug.
- LLN destroyed it even if it was wrapped with Coalyte, ok or bug?

Heya,

1) Rothem's Visage should give haste to any allies that were summoned on that turn regardless of when the ability was used. As such, it is a bug.

2) Ley Line Nexus should not be able to destroy an Armor that has Lythite Coating attached. That is a bug.
