And now from the replies, I see that many players LIKE the 40 card format; so how about make an addition game channel? (one remains at 40 card minimum and another one at 60 card minimum) so people would have a chance to choose for a consistent meta game or a variable, more luck based meta? This won't hurt either crowd?
Thanks (and I will also make an edit to the original post)

I think your view is a bit clouded.

What you state doesnt happen cause u are simply taking out of the equation 1 major factor: skill.

Skill will stop what u say from happening. Give a bad matchup to more skilled player, and he'll probbly win you.
That's how balanced this game is atm, and i'm very ok with it!

I would jump on the test server if I was you. The new expansion has added a lot of variety if you ask me.

I think and believe the reason why you see them is not because the deck size is limited and no variety. As Raph pointed out, there are a lot of builds. The thing is that they find a build that is easy to play for grinding QM,mostly net decks. And as most say I think the larger card pool will make it more variable. I will tell you that even when it goes up to 60, they will just find/net deck a build that is easy to play and successful, then you will see it often on QM.

How about we remove the deck limit and just allow anyone to play any deck size? i would like to try out 20 card decks.

At a point wherein the most competitive Lance have 26 allies and 4 recon (CodeDomination's).

These are possible decks, but they don't appear on QM; >90% Zul, Elad, Lance, Maj are identical in QM. If you don't believe me, make an account ~300 rating and check out yourself.

This is also true; it's like Magic, where meta game is dominated with 2-3 arch-types decks differ by less than 5 cards. However, being a deck of 60, at least each "GAME" will be less alike and the games are less predictable.
