DMT + Consuming fear

I'm not sure if anyone reported this, so let me do it:
Match: rzyua vs. ElektraHeart (about 12.30 pm 16.02.2013)
Death mage Thaddeus of my opponent was given CONSUMING FEAR. It worked only when Thaddeus performed an attack, NOT WHILE USING THE ABILITY.
Needs correction.

Actually this is correct.

It takes away 2 attack FROM ITS ATTACK TOTAL. That is the thing that makes Thaddeus awesome. He can ignore Consuming Fear cause his Attack is 0 but he can still pwn you with his 2 attack Ability.

This is not an error but a misunderstanding.

Am I only person who caught onto this?

Since Thaddeus attack IS 0 then you can't take 2 from 0 unless you want to investigate negative numbers, which are not used in Shadow Era. But Consuming Fear only takes away from the attack and not the ability.

Consuming Fear is also supposed to reduce health on ability activation. So, if DMT's health did not drop on activity activation, it is in fact a bug. However, I do believe that it has been reported previously, and either way this is in the wrong section.
