Is kind of weird that i hit oppornent's raven with my dagger but she doesnot retreat back to player hand, same as my second hit on aeon. Is there any bug?

Did your opponent have a full hand?
Retreator DoU do not work when your opponent has a full hand because a player can never have more than 7 cards in hand no matter the reason.

Just watched. Both times that the ally failed to return to wizard's hand, his hand was at 7 cards. At no point is a player's hand allowed to exceed 7, so keeping your hand at seven cards allows you to keep allies on the board after being hit by Dagger of Unmaking
By the way, like the card sleeves.
