Those are not handled by Shadow Era. Pretty sure you have to contact Tapjoy or whoever it is that they are coming from.

The worst part is that there isn't a support mail to contact the people that manages that... anyway, not that big deal...
Yeah ,as Nizaris says, the offers are supposed to be funded to your account by the third-party service that provides the offers. I'm not sure what the support process is for the one that you were using, but any issues have to be brought to their attention.
