seems like a fairly big problem...unless it's the same artist and blizzard failed to purchase exclusive rights (which doesn't seem likely). I hope physical copies haven't started being made yet.

Maybe it was property of the artist and not Blizzard, and Wulven bought the rights.

I had guessed the art was fan created and just licsenced to wulven, but I have to agree with Kyle; it's better to get new art. Using folk tales like jack and the beanstalk is one thing, but using actual art from/based on other games...that's too meta, lol.

The irony is that other people stole it to make Diablo wallpapers and stuff, while we actually paid the artist for it.
