Scrolling bug

A very minor bug, but it's a little annoying nonetheless. When you are running the client no matter what application you have in the foreground, when you scroll (with the touchpad or scroll wheel on a mouse) the view changes all over the place in a match. It's a little hard to explain, does anyone else have this issue? Want to make sure it's not some setting on my computer or something.

i have the same... i think.

feels like my mousewheel would not know if it should scroll the browser window OR the camera ingame because..i AM ingame. it does both at the same time and both does not work together

As far as I can tell this bug went away with the 1.25 client, anyone else still having issues?
