iPad won't load game

I had the same problem with my ipad, so i just switched back to Shadow Era 1.23 and it works fine.

I really hope that with v1.23 there, that you can only play in Offline Mode? Because if you can PvP.. well it wouldn't be farfetched to assume some of the multiplayer issues are caused by people playing on an outdated client.

EDIT: Son of a.. forgot Offline Mode was introduced in v1.24. So.. just exactly what is the point of synced updates of old clients can connect fine? Unless I'm missing something, that just means the client versions don't really matter that much and updates don't need to be synced.

I haven't tried a challenge yet, but I'll try it tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

Yeah, I would assume you can't play online unless you have the latest version. How else would you be able to use the new cards?

Anyway, thanks for the info, guys. I hadn't heard it was a planned fix. Good to know!

if i remember correctly, i believe kyle said something along the lines of "if you are playing v1.23, you will be matched with other 1.23 players"

with that being said, i still havent successfully gotten matched up with anyone after waiting for about 7 minutes or so. It might be another 20 minutes or so looking at the recent matchup history. Shows 36 min ago, 56 min ago, etc.. There's not a whole lot of people still playing on 1.23

Just to confirm, it finally matched me up with a fotm 1.23 eladwin

I would not recommend anyone playing on v1.23. I don't know if exploits are still possible on that version or not, but at some point during the game everything just stopped and i ended up losing 5 rating points with a defeat.
