As a control deck, bazaar is not a good fit as it allows your opponent to constantly replenish their threats. Tome of knowledge is a better option.

Yes probably I'll change the Sentinels for another 3cc ally, like Jasmine or maybe PotL (probably Jasmine is a better idea in a control deck)
And also change Bazaar for an unilateral draw, like ToK

Yea you need more 3cc allies. At least 8 imo.

3 aldon 3 jas is still just 6 3cc allies, meaning you will not consistently have one by t3 as often as youd like. 8-9 is a better number.

I cant give overall tourney advice; the idea is that each tourney is unique. Your deck (with more 3ccs) has a variety of tools for qm, which is good. But for a tourney, the hard part is predicting whateveryone else will play.

If you expect gwen decks, the snow sapphire will be good.

If you expect warriors, the sever ties will be good. Etc.

Right now mages are popular. You can tech your own elad by using TO and honor dead for draw (with some ToK also). TO and HD are techs against opposing novas.

So for a tourney you have to take a risk/educated guess and finetune for the matchup you expect to see MOST, whereas for qm, its good to have a toolbox with a little of everything sometimes.

Allow me to suggest swapping the Earthen Protectors with Raven. You already have 4x Clinging Web, so your turn 7 will be more interesting, especially going second (ability+Web+Raven). Also, as a mage I don't think you rely heavily on Aeon + Protector combo. Don't forget that your Supernova contradicts with EP.
Also a turn 5 ability+Raven is always a better tempo move than a Protector backed ability

I would swap out Puwen if you are focusing on control. He does some damage early game but he has nothing to do with control really, only aggressive.

Disagree. Having puwen on board means you can kill 3hp allies with aldon or kris. Sort of a "best defense is a good offense."

Focus less on "control" and "aggro" terminology, and focus more on Tempo and Board Control.
