What does "leaving minimum of 2" mean?

Heya,

"Leaving a minimum of 2" means you can't drop your opponent below 2 resources. For example, if you use Plague when your opponent is at 3 resources, they will drop to 2 resources, instead of 1, because the minimum amount of resources Plague can lower the opponent to is 2.
