I don't use bazaar in any decks at all I just wanted to get a better understanding of why tome is considered absolutely better. Thanks for everyone's advice!

Bazaar was great in v1.24 for elementals cause they had a better card pool, so it didn't matter if your opponent got more cards cause you still would had the better one, now the game is too balanced for that, Bazaar seems useless in competitive games.
