    Post billing issue did not receive shadoe crystals

    Hello there! I made a purchase for 19.99 worth of shadow crystals and i didn't receive them. It said error and to contact wulven support and I did but they haven't got back to Me and I sent the email 2 days ago, can you help me at all with this problem? I can send any information regarding the purchase needed via email. Please get back to me as soon as possible, thanks.

    Yeah.. I really hope I get a response soon, so far the lack of being able to get ahold of anybody is a little rediculous. Especially their fans who pay them money for in game items.. maybe I'll try emailing them again.

    Yeah man I did I was stress in it probably just like you are but they don't work on weekends so more than likely your problem will get handled on Monday or Tuesday like mine was. Make sure to send them in email to their support email. I did every email I could find personally. Lmao.
