    Rampage vs Enrage

    Hello everyone, this is my first post. I've been working on perfecting my Boris deck and one of my current thoughts was on Rampage vs Enrage(I currently run x2 Rampage in my deck). I'd welcome any argument for or against as I haven't decided yet, but here's my take on it.

    The two benefits to Rampage are that, 1. it's health cap can exceed 10(unlike Enrage) and, 2. if removed you do not lose whatever benefit was derived from it. On the other hand I think that Enrage is more useful overall because, 1. if you play against a solo or semi-solo deck(Gwen, Darkclaw, etc.) Rampage is useless 2. if you have board control a smart player will not feed you and, 3. Enrage will(potentially) save you in a tight spot. Also on my earlier note comment about the case of either being removed via Sever Ties or the like, not only is that an uncommon occurrence but it will often be a choice between Blood Frenzy and Enrage/Rampage in which case taking out your draw engine would be the smarter choice(at least I think so).

    As I said I haven't decided yet however I'm thinking of switching Rampage for Enrage. I'd like to hear other thought on the matter, maybe even not running either if the case can be made.

    Like you said enrage is generally better but there are benefits too rampage. Most people run only 1 enrage bug there's nothing wrong with having a rampage.

    In fact, Rampage is an Uncommon card while Enrage is just a common one.

    I find Enrage more helpful for the following reasons:

    - It's like instantly eating 5 allies with Rampage.
    - My games tend to be short, so the instant life gain means more.
    - The instant 10 life gain is more of a shock to the other player, and sometimes he will make bad plays as a consequence.

    But try them both and see for yourself.
    I'm also a newbie so don't take my word for law.

    Don't forget that Enrage's 10 HP can be taken away again while Rampage's has to be taken back through damage.

    I can always use Attachment hate to just make you lose an instant 10 HP. That said, I still use it for reasons listed before this post, though I often play 1x of each.

    I struggle a bit with this myself, overall I'd say Enrage is better for the above reasons plus there's nothing like surprising your opp with this when you're about to die. Because opp sees your low health (and guessing he hopes or assumes you don't have Enrage) he may play in self-destructive, short-term when he believes he's about to win (eg sacrificing allies to ensure a few damage will meet your hero). Also Rampage is one of those cards that is less effective the longer you wait but 4cc attachment with only long term tangible benefits - there is only a narrow window in a game to play such a card. I mostly use them with Vess
