Consider making the following change to the card:

Once he performs his 0 cost ability, he detonates WHEN HE PERFORMS HIS FIRST NEXT ATTACK. He explodes before attacked hero/ally could counter-attack and gives you 2 resources.

This way, card is actualy useful, you get that one point of damage out of it, providing it survives the first round, just like you usualy would get out of Brute.

Lightning strike? But i have a little problem with this card ... Brutalis has 1/4 and this one has 1/3 . TM has 2 ABILITIES , Brutalis has none , this card is infact un-balanced in my opinion . YOu can check with Puwen too
